Our roasting and blending techniques
are the two factors that differentiate us from all other roasters
in North America. Our approach
to roasting is to allow the four major properties of coffees
to develop in a slow and natural way. All of our coffees are
drum-roasted between 15-19 minutes allowing the sugars, lipids,
minerals and water to create the best cup of coffee this side
of Rome. These techniques were created over 100 years ago.
We are just going back to coffee roasting's roots!
Named after the port which Brazil's famous coffees pass through, Santos yields a low acidic, light bodied brew. You will experience a pleasant aroma and a mild, smooth flavor in this premium Brazilian coffee.

Our OCHO is the best espresso blend of our selections. Designed for aficionados of traditional Italian roasted blends such as Illy®, Espresso Ocho consists of four Latin American coffees skillfully roasted and blended for flavor, richness, and aroma, then mixed with a choice Indonesian coffee for body and smoothness, we then added a superb African for the earthy nutty appeal and cap it with a South American origin. Interestingly, one of the Arabica origins contributes to its rich body while creating an extraordinary crema to purposely coat the inside of your cup. Our Ocho has distinctive chocolate and nutty overtones. If you like your espresso smooth and rich tasting, this blend is for you.
